Shipping policy
Processing times. Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. (If we are experiencing high sales volume, processing times can extend up to 14 business days). Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a separate email with tracking information when the order has shipped. During sales and in rare instances, we can experience backlogs at our warehouse that result in shipping delays.
International shipping costs and information. All international orders are shipped Monday through Friday. The shipping cost varies depending on the country. Processing time is within 3-5 days. (If we are expecting high sales volume, processing times can extend up to 14 business days). Once orders are processed, shipping can take up to 1- 4 weeks. Orders shipped outside Antigua and Barbuda may be subject to customs inspection and/or customs fees, taxes and duties. Holistic Restore is not responsible for these actions or reimbursement of any customs fees or taxes. The international recipient is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and brokerage charges. Refused packages will not be refunded. We can provide registered tracking information. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
